As a residential and commercial GC, I recently had the opportunity to use Zach and his team on a local renovation project. I trusted them to take the project and run with it, and they did exactly that. They’re trustworthy, honest, and hardworking people. They take pride in what they do, communicate well, and do things the right way. If you’re looking for someone for a remodel, addition, restoration, or any type of renovation, I highly recommend Zach and his team!

We hired Newbury Construction to replace our front door. They absolutely exceeded our expectations throughout the entire project. We have hired several other people to do work for us and each time I have had to make sure every thing I ask for is fully completed. Not with Newbury. My expectation was to have the old door taken out and replaced with a new one. They did so much more than that! The door was custom made so they double checked all measurements and the design to be sure it’s what we wanted. They installed it the next day after it arrived from the factory. They spent several days perfecting the trim work around it to make sure it looked seamlessly installed. They painted the door exactly the colors I wanted and installed a handle I picked out. They replaced a beam under the door that was rotten and wouldn’t hold the door up. They communicated with us every step of the way. They showed up when they told us they would. And my favorite part - they busted out the concrete under the door and replaced it with brick to match the rest of the house! Overall, working with them was the most stress-free thing ever. If you’re looking for a contractor, go ahead and call Newbury. You’ll be glad you did.

Newbury Construction quickly removed and replaced our uneven saggy floor. The team expertly leveled it and fixed the structural issues. Tim and Brittany installed a gorgeous hardwood floor. They secured the ceiling and removed the ugly tiles. Jessica's attention to detail really shined while finishing the drywall on the ceiling. They were flexible and understanding of our wants and dreams for the space. 110% satisfied with this company and look forward to using them on our upcoming projects.
