Newbury Construction & Remodeling LLC

Hired them to do a small kitchen repair job. They did an amazing job in a timely manner. They weren’t happy until we were happy and we are extremely happy with the results. Definitely recommend them if you have any construction needs

As a residential and commercial GC, I recently had the opportunity to use Zach and his team on a local renovation project. I trusted them to take the project and run with it, and they did exactly that. They’re trustworthy, honest, and hardworking people. They take pride in what they do, communicate well, and do things the right way. If you’re looking for someone for a remodel, addition, restoration, or any type of renovation, I highly recommend Zach and his team!

We hired Newbury Construction to replace our front door. They absolutely exceeded our expectations throughout the entire project. We have hired several other people to do work for us and each time I have had to make sure every thing I ask for is fully completed. Not with Newbury. My expectation was to have the old door taken out and replaced with a new one. They did so much more than that! The door was custom made so they double checked all measurements and the design to be sure it’s what we wanted. They installed it the next day after it arrived from the factory. They spent several days perfecting the trim work around it to make sure it looked seamlessly installed. They painted the door exactly the colors I wanted and installed a handle I picked out. They replaced a beam under the door that was rotten and wouldn’t hold the door up. They communicated with us every step of the way. They showed up when they told us they would. And my favorite part - they busted out the concrete under the door and replaced it with brick to match the rest of the house! Overall, working with them was the most stress-free thing ever. If you’re looking for a contractor, go ahead and call Newbury. You’ll be glad you did.

Newbury Construction quickly removed and replaced our uneven saggy floor. The team expertly leveled it and fixed the structural issues. Tim and Brittany installed a gorgeous hardwood floor. They secured the ceiling and removed the ugly tiles. Jessica's attention to detail really shined while finishing the drywall on the ceiling. They were flexible and understanding of our wants and dreams for the space. 110% satisfied with this company and look forward to using them on our upcoming projects.

Highly recommend them! Communication was the best I have ever experienced from a business, they were very understanding with all of my wants and desires for my home, and they were very fair priced! Could not recommend them more.

I am pleased to recommend Newberry Construction based on our recent experience having them renovate our bathroom and build a tiny house. Over the seven months we worked with Zach Newbury and his team, including his wife who assisted the tiny house decorating, they consistently demonstrated professionalism, craftsmanship, and strong client focus. Their communication was excellent throughout the project. The owner kept us informed of progress, timelines, and any adjustments needed, and responded promptly to questions. They were also flexible and realistic with budgeting, working with us to prioritize features and complete the work within our financial constraints without sacrificing quality. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. The bathroom renovation was completed to a high standard, and the tiny house reflects thoughtful construction details and careful finishing. The decorating choices provided by the owner’s wife elevated the tiny house design and created a warm, functional space that exceeded our expectations. One standout moment was when an unexpected issue arose during the bathroom demo. Newberry Construction quickly proposed a practical solution, obtained any necessary permits, and executed the repair with minimal delay to the schedule. Their organized approach and attention to problem-solving kept the overall project on track. They also maintained a tidy worksite and ensured thorough cleanup at the end of each phase, which made the construction process much less disruptive to our household. Sarina
