Zach's passion for building began at a young age under the guidance of his father and within a strong Italian family where hard work, discipline, and pride in craftsmanship were a way of life. By age 10, anything he built carried skill and creativity far beyond his years — one childhood treehouse was so well-constructed that the county required it be taken down because it looked professionally built.
Before 2022, Zach owned and operated a successful business specializing in pool enclosures, screened-in rooms, and patios. He has since sharpened his skills working with one of the largest construction companies in Jackson, TN. He especially excels in finish carpentry, flooring, and tile work — where detail and craftsmanship matter most. For Zach, building isn't just what he does — it's who he is.

With a background rooted in people-centered marketing, storytelling, and encouragement, Michelle brings a unique voice and heart to Newbury Construction. A gifted writer and communicator, she has spent years helping others see their value, discover their purpose, and believe in what's possible.
After the loss of her mother in 2022, Michelle encountered a season of deep grief — followed by an unexpected gift. A chance encounter brought Zach into her life, and together they discovered their skills and hearts for service were perfectly intertwined. Her faith-driven leadership and passion for people shape the foundation of everything Newbury Construction stands for.

Jenny Gardner
CFO & Office Manager | Owner
Jenny holds a master's degree in business and began her career in the construction industry in the early 2000s. Starting as a contract administrator, she worked her way through estimating, accounts payable, and safety — gaining hands-on experience across nearly every part of a job site.
Her experience spans mechanical, piping, electrical, and now home remodeling. In 2026 she is still going strong, with a genuine passion for job sites, building strong relationships with customers, and serving her employees and community. She believes the Lord placed her in this industry for a purpose — and that calling has guided her career every step of the way.
